AN OUTSOLE FOR EVERY SURFACE PU
PU or polyurethane is a foamed material that is used in 2 different compositions. Single or mono-density PU, which is generally an injection moulded outsole. And double-density PU, which is a combination of a softer PU midsole and a more compact PU outsole.
Features of single-density PU:
- Good flexibility, shock absorption, abrasion and slip resistance
- Heat resistant up to +/- 120°C
- Resistant to oil and fuels, but not to strong acids
- Mainly used in light application areas
Features of Double density PU:
- Same benefits as single-density PU
- The softer PU midsole provides extra impact absorption and wearing comfort
- The compact PU outsole improves the cut resistance
- Wide range of applications, except for strong acids and extremely hot or cold conditions

A protective toe cap made according to the European or ASTM standard will protect feet from basically every impact and compression injury, regardless of the material.
STEEL TOE CAP

- Does not conduct heat or cold in extreme temperatures, ensuring extra comfort
- Metal free, thus practical for electrical hazardous environments or workplaces with metal detectors
